We know the Value of our rich keyword domains is based on many factors Desirability, Limited Supply,traffic, length, dictionary words, etc.
We realize some may not have high google ranking, we have tried to build traffic on many of our domains keeping them fresh therefore automated domain valuation services will estimate a ridiculously low price.
I can make tons of cash if I develop these domains, sell advertising and Google AdSense ads, add affiliate programs, etc. and just may if not sold so please don't insult us with lowball offers.

I wrote an example of how to do the math to calculate the fees into the final accepted price below.
Take the (%) percentage the service charges and subtract from 100 then divide the
purchase price by the percentage the escrow service charges to come up with the final amount needed.
Example (Numbers are an example only):
Agreed Purchase price = $10,000
Escrow Service fee = 30%
100 - 30 (the percentage) = 70
10,000 / .70 (the percentage) = $14,286
(The above is the final actual amount required to purchase once the escrow service fees have been factored in using this price example. Now you see why if you want the service we want you to pay for it instead of cutting into our profits.)
